February 2019 – Creativity in Spring

Dear Yoginis and Yogis,

greetings from the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca, where I am spending some wonderful weeks surrounded by nature and friends, while working on a big creative project (more about that soon)!

I am lucky to be house-sitting a beautiful finca belonging to two amazing yoga teachers, and therefore perfectly equipped with a yoga room and massage table. My personal yoga practice is currently focusing on the first two chakras, for grounding and creativity. Going for walks is also a tried and tested method to get the creative juices flowing!

I will be leading a women’s circle here in March, a private event in Spanish for my former students (I used to run a yoga studio in Palma de Mallorca’s suburb San Agustín and to co-host retreats with Claudia Hubberten of Yoga Mallorca).

Meanwhile, my next events in London are already planned! There will be another Meditate and Mingle with the Yogibanker on April 16th, then a Birth preparation workshop for third trimester mums at Yogacreation in Canary Wharf on the 28th of April, and a Wellwoman Yoga workshop in May. More about that on the Events page.

I am also currently recording a really special series of yoga nidras in French for YogaConnect. They will be all about the koshas… wait and hear 😉

So, as you can see, taking some time off in the winter was well worth it. The garden around me is sprouting and flowers of all colours are blossoming. I find this inspiring.

How about you?
